A retreat with a little something extra
You spend so much of life doing.
Thinking.
Organising.
Caring.
Being needed.
This is your chance to put all of that down for a while.
Over three days, you'll immerse yourself in nature, slow your pace, awaken your senses and make space for the things that often get squeezed out of everyday life.
You'll explore.
You'll create.
You'll connect.
You'll laugh.
You'll rest.
And you might even do something that makes you think:
“Well... I didn't expect to do THAT!”
Your three-day escape
🌿 ARRIVE & EXHALE
Settle into beautiful surroundings, meet the women you'll share the experience with and leave everyday life at the door.
As the afternoon softens, we'll head into nature for a gentle Forest Therapy experience.
No hiking.
No rushing.
No achievement required.
Just listen.
Notice.
Breathe.
Then good food, relaxed conversation and an evening to simply enjoy being somewhere else.
✨ AWAKEN & EXPLORE
Wake slowly.
Enjoy a nourishing breakfast, then head outside for a Forest Therapy experience designed to awaken your senses and spark curiosity.
We'll explore nature through noticing, movement, reflection and conversation.
Then we'll get creative with a nature-inspired painting experience.
And no, you do not need to be an artist.
Thank goodness. This is a retreat, not The Block.
The afternoon is yours to receive — with a restorative spa experience and nothing to organise.
That evening, we'll share good food, conversation and space to reflect on what you're beginning to notice.
🌊 COME ALIVE
Our final morning is about joy, courage and a little bit of wildness.
Depending on the location and conditions, that might mean a refreshing rock-pool dip or another beautiful water experience.
You can jump in.
Dip your toes.
Sit beside the water.
Or simply cheer everyone else on.
There are no gold stars for bravery here.
The point is to try something different and see what happens.
We'll finish with a final Forest Therapy reflection, botanical tea ceremony and a beautiful farewell lunch before heading home.
Hopefully carrying a little more of yourself with you.
This is for you if…
You're ready to:
🌿 Step away from the mental load
✨ Try something new
🌊 Have a little more adventure
🎨 Get creative without needing to be “good” at it
👭 Meet women who are also curious about what's next
🌳 Spend meaningful time in nature
💛 Rediscover what brings you joy
🌸 Feel more present, connected and alive
🔥 Get excited about the years ahead
You don't need to be fit.
You don't need to be outdoorsy.
You don't need to be artistic.
And you definitely don't need to have your next chapter figured out.
Just bring your curiosity.
What you’ll come home with
Not just photographs.
Not just a few days of relaxation.
But memories.
New experiences.
Conversations.
A different perspective.
Perhaps a new friendship or two.
And a little more clarity about what you want to make room for in the years ahead.
Because growing older shouldn't mean becoming smaller.
There is still so much life to experience.

That's absolutely fine.
The water experience is an invitation, not an obligation. You can dip your toes in, sit beside the water or simply enjoy watching.

-
Perfect.
The creative experiences aren't about producing something “good.” They're about curiosity, experimentation and seeing things differently.
